Wouldn’t you rather type your comments directly onto the form, rather than into a pop-up window? Do you find yourself getting tired of copying and pasting from your addendum into the additional comments field on page 3?
In TOTAL, you simply type right on the form — no extra boxes or pop-up windows, even on UAD forms (when you use UAD FreeForm mode). Next, use the addenda options to overflow to the additional comments field. Then, if you run out of room on page 3, TOTAL overflows the rest of your comments to the addendum.
To turn this overflow option on, go to the Forms PowerView, click Addenda, and click the Overflow button. Now, check the box to overflow to the additional comments field first and make sure the box to use these settings again is checked. Click OK.
