Tip from the Roadshow: Scrap the paper and use digital inspection notes instead

This week's tip is coming from beautiful Las Vegas. One of the things we covered is how TOTAL for Mobile combines all the field data you enter on an inspection (entries for form fields, comments for your addendum, or even notes you make that won't be in the final report) and creates a single PDF called "fielddata" in TOTAL's Workfile PowerView. It's the electronic equivalent to your clipboard notes. The PDF keeps all the data in the same order as fields in the report and includes a copy of the sketch too.

This PDF gives you access to all of your data in one place without needing to keep up with, organize, or scan in your clipboard notes. This gives you the ability to always go back and view the exact data from your inspection notes at any time, including your field sketch.
